Well Brenda that does sound like a real bummer. I haven't had this happen to me before, so I would have to agree with going in. Just make sure you bring your receipt and the product and I'm sure they'll be more than willing to exchange your product for the correct one. If its the actual process of going in that you have difficulty with because of medical or other issues, I'm sure a friend or family member could do it for you, if not you let me know and I will come and do it for you :)
