Each apartment gets there own parking space in the alley behind the apartments not bad compared to the majority of Capital Hill smaller apartment buildings.
I doubt all of the tenants have their own parking space. I don't think each apartment has a corresponding parking spot, either. Going from memory (so I could be wrong) there didn't seem to be as many spaces as apartments there. You might want to contact the property manager for the building. I don't know who that is, and it may be person or a business. If it's a person, they may or may not live in the building. If you are a resident of that building, or you plan to be, I'd suggest getting in touch with the property manager as early as possible. If you have a disability that qualifies you for a disability permit, you should let them know this as well. If they are like the rest of Seattle, they probably have a waiting list for parking and it's probably pretty long. They may priotize requests from people who have a greater need for parking due to a disability, and similarly, they may prioritize requests from residents ovet people who just want a monthly parking spot.
