For cat spay and neuter take them to the feral cat project in Lynnwood. You can look them up on line and book an appointment. It is only $15 for the male and $25 for the female. Vaccines are an added cost but not much. It is not just for feral cats.
There should be someone there Mon, unless it is a holiday, to answer the phone. Otherwise, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:30/8 am to noon or 1:30 to 5 pm. During busy times you may have to call back a time or two as only one real person answers the phone. And, yes, you do need an appointment, they do surgery on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. They will be closed the week of Thanksgiving.
I believe that they are closed on Mondays. Check the website for the hours.
