Do you need to have a title or do you take without a title?

Do need a title or in lieu title, needs to be in your name and you need ID. Can't tell you how many people try to sell their bf or gf's car only to find out that they can't.

They'll want to title or a release of interest

If you don't have a title you need a Lieu of title

I'm pretty sure they dont need it
