Yep you have to drive there for the free oil change.
You should be able to take your vehicle to any GM/Chevrolet service garage for your oil change and it should be free they just have to contact Sunset in Sumner from what I understood

I live in Covington which is about 30 minutes away. I drive all the way there but if there are other options and you find out what they are let me know. I bought my car at the end of 2013.
