The staff was wonderful. The front desk individual that was helping me was funny and friendly. There was communication days before about ordering a part. The place was clean. The service took a reasonable amount of time to complete. My only negative experience, is the price that I was quoted. The paperwork that I signed for the price in the beginning was around $280 less than the final price. Once again, dealerships live up to their stereotypes of overcharging people. Even though I had great interactions, I might go somewhere else next time because now I can't trust whether the price I'm being told isn't true. That's not a threat, just a strategic decision.

My appointment for my oil change was at 1:15 and I was out of there by 1:45. My Service advisor was very friendly and welcoming as this was my first experience with your service department. I had a other things I wanted looked at that I did not put on my appointment request and they tried to work them when they didn't have to. I was very pleased with everything I have experienced so far from your dealership. From the buying of the car to now the service. I would highly recommend Sunset and from this point forward will only be buying cars from your dealership.

The financing experience was great too which is usually our least favorite part of the car buying experience. Nice relaxing atmosphere, no pressure sales. They have multiple dealerships will have just about anything you're looking for in a vehicle.
