What do I do if the employer says that he is not mandatory to pay sick time

New law states that employers must give employees sick leave. Sick leave is accuried. 1 hour for every 40 hours worked. The LnI website outlines all guidelines for this. You should direct your employer to reference LnI in regards to this. If the employer still doesn't want to give you sick leave simply notify LnI yourself and they can help resolve this issue with your employer.

I am not sure, if employers are required to pay sick leave? I believe must have 50 or more employees, and full time employment. Not sure???
