Unless it's something special, they won't buy PC games. They will sell what they have but nothing recent. They do buy and sell for classic computers like the Commodore 64 or computers like that, just nothing recent. If it requires online activation they want nothing to do with it.
Long story short you can't sell PC games once owned. Used game stores stay away from them Honestly I've been to this place before and it was so full of retro video gaming consoles and cords that I doubt they have much room for PC stuff. Somebody must have never heard of Steam :>
