Awesome store! Took a few games in to trade and was quoted a decent price after the trade in was complete, they asked me if I had a game I'd like to put on my wishlist, I let them know I wanted Fire Emblem Path of Radiance. One of the employees thought they might of just got one in and did a little searching, they were able to find a copy, and I was able to purchase one of my favorite gamecube games! Absolutely made my day! Thanks again sidequest team and I'll be sure to come in from time to time to extend my collection.

They diagnosed and fixed my sons Nintendo switch at a great price and had it done in just a couple days. I called around to quite a few places and everywhere else was over $200 and would take a week to fix. Their customer service is awesome and their prices and great. I also got a replacement PS4 controller for a cheaper price than online or in other stores. I would highly recommend this place and will be returning for any electronic repair or just to check out their store and video games. Thanks again guys!!!

This is one of the biggest gaming stores in the Pacific Northwest, especially when we're talking about vintage games. The prices on games are really good, also all of the games have been tested and are working. And the best thing I like about side quest games is, if something is not right, just tell the Staff and they will make it right. This company is all about making the customer happy and satisfied. I must say after today's visit, I left the store feeling amazing and getting exactly what I needed. Thank you Josh for you amazing customer service. 5 stars.
