Parking is free valet but you should be expecting to tip $5-10
There is Valet parking advertised. When I was there I saw the sign just not the valet

We've never had free parking. Always valet.
Actually there was free valet when we went, I reccomend calling the restaurant!
Not on the waterfront! You can look around. There are a bunch of lots. But plan on shelling out at least $10 unless you can find a special. I would take an Uber/taxi if you are not too far away.
