Yes. I have been to 7 different locations in the NW of Washington and they all allow dogs. It is actually a policy of there's to be animal friendly.
Yup, every site I go into has a dog somewhere in the store. As long as you're dog is well behaved you can take it just about anywhere in the world.
In my experience, yes, if the dog is clearly well behaved. I think as a policy they stopped allowing dogs after an incident....people suck, not dogs. Usually at least one of the staff has biscuits in their apron.
