The new bus stops have created a shelter for homeless people and there is fecal matter garbage needles and everything else unwanted around his bus stop by my house and it is disgusting. Thank you community transit for making it so I can walk my kids down the street

I had accidentally left my phone on the bus and immediately called in to report it. Luckily it was at the last stop and my phone was recovered. I went to pick it up the very next day. Good job Community Transit!

Most park and rides have no parking by 7 am and the parking they do have is a dangerous walk from where the buses are. The buses often leave before scheduled times and it’s impossible to make many connections. The drivers are often friendly but some seem to think they are Indian Jones and I fear for my life about half the time. Customer service never responds to customer concerns or questions.
