5/5/22 - Very disappointed with the quality of caring that you, Dr. Yoshio Inoue, Dr. Brandea Scott-Vessel, The Everett Clinic Part of Optum, and Providence Regional Cancer Partnership Everett, Providence Medical Center, have shown to my daughter and son while giving them the devastating news of 6 months to live. Dr. Inoue, you and your staff have not been easily accessible knowing that we are in the process of preserving sperm and harvesting eggs in order to facilitate fertility treatments now. Reaching you has been nigh impossible and quite unprofessional. You should revisit your overview statement and start living your words: "I serve and support my patients in their difficult fight against cancer. I had several family members with cancer, and I am always on their side. I want to provide my patients with comfort and confidence, along with high quality care." Show that you are on our side and help expedite this process for us.

They saved my daughter and a couple years after she won her battle they helped my husband win his. Great Dr's and the nurses are awesome,

The entire team is amazing! Every day was rough and they got me through it somehow. Everything was explained to me and my doctor took the time to always answer my questions and put me at ease. The nurses and techs are clearly well educated and I was impressed with how many of my questions they could answer about every aspect of my treatment. A special thank you to Marsha the social worker who is so wonderful and compassionate and was really there for me to help in this rough time. This is truly a prime example of how it should be done and I just can't ever explain how grateful I am to have been treated by such an amazing group of people. I am forever grateful. Thank you all!!

I am a breast cancer patient at Providence Cancer Partnership at Everett,Wa.All levels of professionals, scheduler's, receptionist, oncologists, radiation therapists are kind, helpful, caring, knowledgeable, interesting, I highly recommend them. The nice thing is that for radiation treatment, they assign you with one radiation therapy the consistency of one person is not only comforting but makes your treatment more personal. I had Grant he always greeted so warmly and nicely and made me and all patients feel better about your health sitiation. Thanks Grant! Best wishes to your bright and shiny future.
