Please note that it is a 48 mile drive or right an hour drive (depending on traffic) from Ramada by Wyndham Tukwila to the Seattle Premium Outlet. Given that distance and time, it might be prohibitively expensive to hire a taxi (pay per mile), Uber, Lyft, or similar services for 10 people. However, it might be worth your time to consider looking into Zipcar, car2go, or reachnow. These three are essentially cat rental services. You can rent one (or likely 2 cars) for the day (about $100/day), drive to anywhere you want to, and depending on the car you can also pick up and drop off the car almost anywhere you want to. You can also look into a for-hire taco which offers a flat fee (not pay per mile). Public transit will not be a practical option based on the transit time and number of buses to take. Lastly, check if there are any local airport and surrounding hotel shuttles that go to the Seattle Premium Outlets.
