Stay at the tulalip casino, it's in walking distance and there's a bunch of good restaurants to enjoy and of course lots of gambling options. The rooms cost around $150-$200, more expensive than other hotels but you'll have a much nicer experience. Make reservations in advance, the hotel fills quickly.
There is a Holiday inn Express across the freeway over by the Applebee's restaurant.
