I have not seen anyone bring their own food in. I know there are a few other brew pubs that allow bringing your own food.
Most Brewpubs that have a state issued food license to operate a restaurant are typically not allowed by the health department to bring in outside food, aside from maybe a special occasion birthday cake or something such as that. I'm not sure of the laws in Washington or specific laws in Seattle tho.
