It's a decent library but good customer service though for checking out books.

A wonderful library branch with a great kids section and very friendly staff. Backs up to a lovely park to read your latest checked out book. Loved all their kid programming before COVID, hope it returns soon.

This library is so cute and welcoming. Right outside the library is a beautiful park with grass, trees, and benches abound. Often when it’s sunny outside, dogs frolic and kids play in the grass. I highly recommend this library and park.

Beautiful building and great staff. Also, I've never had trouble finding a book I was looking for in the Columbia City branch. Awesome air conditioning too 😉

The CC branch is drop-off only at the moment due to covid-19. Only a select list of branches have pickup available; I have been going to the Beacon Hill branch.
Yes there are about 10 spots including 15 min ones.
From the library website: "We provide fax services for a small fee.". Sorry, that is as specific as i could find on the library website.
