There are rentals there but they are way overpriced and the landlord's don't fix anyting I've been waiting 15 years to get my sewer fixed my shed has been leaking for 10 years they've tried twice to fix it and it's just gotten worse my driveway has holes they are supposed to replace the driveways and they don't so if you want to be responsible for fixing anything that goes wrong move on in because the landlord won't
Gosh sounds like a honorable place to be of service to live there. to my knowledge the one in sp. One. I tried to stand behind but looks like many have done before and after me. I tried and got the set up typical trailer trash moves they make. Wont be long and they will fall off tbe jack stands.Thats a promise.
You do not want to live there. The management are crooks, take advantage of the elderly in disgusting ways and they charge way too much for the lot fee. Everybody who loves in there complains about everything and everyone and make eachother miserable! If there were any attorney available to represent the elderly in this Park they would make a fortune. The management takes advantage by doing illegal transactions, turns a blind eye when it benefits themselves and throws the elderly out on their their behinds and do not think twice about it.
Ok ty yeah we need to find a place to go most of the mobile homes dont rent anymore
