New Park management seems to be less inviting than previous management. I spoke to several residents who described similar experiences about the new management style. It appears to me that park rates have climbed higher with little support from office. I don't recall seeing so many mobiles for sale in the past.

Personally, I need and want a neighborhood, a community and a property management team that is more pro- than re-active, that can apply community rules consistently and safely. That is NOT what I've read and, yes - having made the drive - in speaking with some tenants, see happening here in this park. As I've been looking for a place to move/buy for a few months now, I recognize the importance of 'the community'. As I live farther North of Seattle, I was wondering why there were so many homes for sale in this park. I took the drive and just asked. It is sad as it has some pretty areas. While I do understand that owning and maintaining a mobile home park is a challenge, and the people or team probably got into it to 'make money' - all of that is understandable. But the expectations and relationships have to be built and maintained - otherwise its not much of a community. After some thought, I'll be taking my actively employed, definitely personally and financially qualified-self somewhere else. Good luck and I hope things improve for the better.

My mom lives in this park and they NEVER plow inside the park. No concern for their residents at all. Right now the roads inside the park are a sheet of ice and it's impossible for her to leave. At least throw some sand down!!! The roads outside the park are fine. I don't know how that owner sleeps at night. Shameful!!!!!

Friend staff, but once again the owner is raising their rent $200 which is a lot for a senior community on limited income. My parents live here and honestly if it were better kept I could understand but there's a lot of inconsistencies on the owners rules and the turn around for approval on any desired renter landscape improvements is not consistent either. There's a huge waiting list for just getting trees trimmed because you need approval, this should be a proactive action of the owner for not just a maintenance issue but we are talking seniors here and the safety of life and property.

Because people don't say anything and therefore Tom rules the roost.
I believe you're nice could be an in-home caregiver, however I also think the children would fall under park rules rather than state or federal law.
200 something I believe
Lu follows right in Tom's footsteps with terrible management. This way the owners have control.
It's greedy owners and greedy management who is related to owners.. Lynne is above Lu and she makes all the decisions and doesn't care about any residents. It's about how much money they can get. Residents are afraid to speak up for fear of retaliation.
They are not in the office every day due to COVID. Patience helps.
I believe that they do.
Because people are afraid to say anything therefor Tom does what he wants.
Because he Tom gets away with it. And as long Tom gets his way he will keep doing this bad behavior.
Selling our home, would like to just rent a manufactured home in a senior park to see if that might be the life style we would like before we purchase one.
Yes thinking about putting my place on the market
Not this time
It's around 750 now
I apologize, but I don't know
