If I could give 0 stars I would because this facility is horrible. I flew out to check this facility out and the staff was rude. I met with an oriental woman and she was rude. I read reviews and decided to check it out for myself and I was very disappointed. The staff doesn’t seem to want black people in general in the facility. It’s a zero out of ten for me.

When having a Covid outbreak. You should notify family, let them decide whether to visit facility OR lock down facilities until cleared. Now I'm exposed, my husband exposed AND my 97 year old mother exposed.......when we did NOT have to be. Poor judgement on the Lakes part. Let's keep those masks on both staff and RESIDENTS the county in these type of settings states IS MANDATORY. Disappointed.

Our experience has been great. Vicky, Jessica and Lori are welcoming and helpful. So accommodating and professional. All of the staff are so nice and you feel at home. Our family is so greatful and blessed to have The Lakes Assisted Living for our mother.

While our living spaces are quite comfortable, The Lakes at Banning does not currently offer additional onsite storage space. Please contact our offices at 951-267-9526 for information on convenient offsite options.
Yes, all of our residents are allowed to customize and even paint their rooms, except for those staying in our semi-private memory care rooms. If a room is painted we ask that it be returned to its original color upon departure. If our residents need any help hanging photos or other decorations, our maintenance staff is available for a nominal fee.
