Probably a standard set of sockets will work and some way of holding the fly wheel while you loosen the bolts

Usually it takes Allen wrench,and if its stock or not might be in hex..

FORD doesn't make a 5.7 litre..thats a discontinued GM motor that Toyota Tondras uses now..
