My coworker suggested I go here and I'm glad he did. I would like to give a big thank you to Graham and Chris for helping me purchase my Hyundai Elantra. I really appreciate you guys. They went above and beyond to help me and I'm very happy with my vehicle. Graham was really great in breaking things downs and making sure I understood everything. He also made the process very fast and easy. They are both great people to work with. I really like how they gave me a lot of amazing options to choose from, and were accommodating to what I was looking for and what I needed in a car. I highly recommend this place, I've already recommend them to my friends and coworkers.

I had the most amazing customer service experience at this Enterprise location. All staff was cheery and helpful, but I specially want to give a shout out to Sam Titchenal for his exceptional customer service. After being turned down by two other enterprise locations, we found Sam and he went above and beyond to make sure we were supported. We needed to add a driver but had rented the enterprise car from Canada - and no one else was able to help us. Sam dialled multiple canadian locations for us (at the same time - couldn't believe his phone skills either), kept making us laugh - and finally found a way to get us what we needed. If I ever want to rent a car in Seattle - I know where I will be heading. Thank you so much for being so kind and helpful Sam. Wishing you the best ahead. We are so grateful for all that you did for us!

I've rented approximately 12 vehicles from Enterprise in the last 6 months. The last rentals from this Lakewood location have been painful. I usually pay with my debit card, however, they now require you to bring documentation of bills, in the form of cell phones, cable TV or power bills in order to rent a vehicle with a debit card. Otherwise, you have to bring a major credit card. On two separate occasions, I have booked my reservation online with their Enterprise rental app, requesting either a truck or an SUV which was confirmed on the app. On one occasion, after I had dropped my personal vehicle off at the shop, they told me they didn't have a truck available and that they didn't have any other vehicle available. Only after complaining to their corporate office. Did I get a vehicle 2 hours later after I arrive to the store. And it wasn't the vehicle that I requested. After they requested I leave a five-star review after one of my rentals, I voiced my concerns over email. Instead of resolving the situation, and perhaps making a notation on my account that I was good customer, I got another long email back from one of their employees explaining their asinine policy and justifying it. They asked me for feedback, I did not ask them for theirs. After I replied to their emails, and explained the horrible service I had received from their particular branch, to include the employees begging for five-star rating after poor service, to include having to wait an additional hour and a half before my scheduled rental was ready, to include not getting the vehicle light requested, to include not getting a vehicular at all on one particular occasion, and to include my displeasure with their policy. Regarding debit cards, I received a phone call back from a manager further justifying their new policy. I have gone to the South Tacoma Way Branch located at 3505 South Tacoma Way and I’ve never had an issue using my debit card. In addition, they appreciate that. I've rented over a dozen vehicles from their location. The employees at this Lakewood location are not trained in customer service nor management responsibilities: to keep valued customers. After the horrible service I received yesterday, I will never return to this Lakewood branch. In fact, I would much rather use a different rental company altogether rather than use this unprofessional, poorly managed an incompetently run branch. I will take my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this vehicle rental company to anyone.

My experience at the Lakewood Enterprise was wonderful. Graham was amazing and very understanding of our needs and budget. The manager Matt was fun to chat with and the two made the experience 100 times better. I will 100% recommend to others to ask for Graham.
