Most the time it depends on the dr. If they suspect drug seeking or not. For sure they will give you a antibiotic. Sometimes they will do a block and tell you the ibuprofen. Comfort dental is reasonable for dental care
Sometimes a doctor will take pity on you and give you something but many times they will just tell you to go to a dentist. The E.R. is not meant for teeth problems. A dentist however will give you everything you need medication wise for your teeth. If you are going to the ER for teeth I am guessing you are doing it for free health care because a dentist is financially out of reach right now, or you would just go to a dentist. There are dentists like Bright Now and Western Dental that will do payment plans when needed . Good luck on your teeth.
Usually give you antibiotics and a pain reliever...but really depends on what you got going on tho
They can give advice as any doctor would. Sometimes if a tooth is causing infection they can act on it to subside pain or infection until seen by the dentist. But they are primarily for everything but teeth. Unfortunately a dentist would be the final answer for any tooth problem as they specialize in the health of your mouth. But if you are worried you might have an infection and cannot get immediate attention and feel it is very serious, i would still ask them until you can schedule with a dentist. Sometimes emergency offices are open for your teeth but i don't know of many. I would google it, i think i know there might be one in Federal way.
