Covid breakout in the building- If I could leave less than one star I would go negative stars... My grandmother was there for about 2.5 years... all was ok until covid hit. I have never seen such a lack of care/empathy from the workers towards the patients in my entire life. I fully understand this is a tough time for everyone but the lack of care and support towards the elderly was horrendous. These humans are stuck alone and I don’t even think they would converse with them. My grandmother suffered from strokes which made her left side paralyzed. We were lucky enough to stare at her through a window. We bought her a cell phone which sometimes she found hard to open. The nurses would clearly see us struggling to get my grandmother on the phone and would pretend to not see us. When we would knock and yell to get their attention, they would roll their eyes and do it as if we asked them to knit a sweater for my grandma on the spot. We also left several requests to just make sure her phone was charged and plugged into the outlet right next to her bed. They wouldn’t do it. Lastly to top it all off, my grandmother died of covid due to a worker bringing it into the home. We were told many things that now seemed to be untrue about her as before she passed she still tested positive when they told us different. Thanks life care... I wouldn’t recommend you to my worst enemy.

I was sent here after being in Good Samaritan hospital for over two weeks. I had to learn how to walk again. Everyone was very caring and the food was very good also. I was there for about 14 days and I would happily go back again if I ever needed to.

Location: the location of Life Care Center is easy to find and very beautiful and scenic. Cleanliness: every area I have gone to has been supremely clean. So far I have yet to see a mess or anything that would be disgusting or dirty in the least bit. Service: the staff there is very friendly and very willing to help as much as possible to make sure everyone who is there and needs help is being waited on. Overall:Super clean, fresh and friendly staff. I went there and was greeted as soon as I walked in. They greeted the patient and welcomed patient and thanked for choosing the place. Very quick to service and make patient comfortable. Definitely recommend from my experience their. Also, loved the mini gift basket I was given for being Ems!

Update: the first 24 hours my dad was there was a bit rough getting his schedule and the proper medical routine. But after a meeting with the nurses and the board. They have done a awesome job since! A little communication goes a long way. My dad says he loves the physical therapists. And the food is good and they treat him good!! For not being able to be home they have done a good job keeping him comfortable... Thank you life care center for Loving my loved one.
