Thought I'd give this location another try. Nope! Still the same rude service by the older man with glasses. Always seems annoyed to process Amazon returns. I'll continue to drive out of my way to another location for all my packaging needs.

I took a phone case there to be sent back to Amazon, Amazon has never got it, but I got a receipt and Amazon gave me back my money. This last time I went in there on June 18th, to return to smart watches and he said you need a receipt, I said yes cuz the last package I brought here never got returned so yes I'd like one. He than replies with, well did you get the money back, that's all that matters. No that's not all that matters. I won't be back to that location.

I came here recently to pick up a package that my friend sent me from South Korea, and they were awesome! Definitely quick service, worked with great efficiency and were very fast. The staff were also very kind and were willing to help me with anything that I needed. The package itself was in great condition, considering it went through international shipping, they definitely handled it with care. I also learned that their facility is learning the Amazon processes to make it more convenient for customers who order to their location. Overall great experience:)

Two back to back bad experiences with this location. They refused to ship a prepaid return, when another location then happily took it and also mentioned that there was no reason that this location should have refused. Second, made an appointment for a passport photo at this location for a passport. When we showed up, they refused. Assumption is that they are lazy or possibly just unintelligent or both. Not sure if these are corporate or franchise, but either way, these issues should be addressed. I will not be back, but good luck to all that go.
