Very disorganized. I got a $6.00 double burger special. It was okay for the good price. Looked like one manager was trying to train her "whole"crew. Cashier, window and cooks. Along with phone in orders, to go. I understand. People are trying to fully open up after Covid. How about training when your not open?

If there was a negative star I would give them that. This South Hill, Puyallup B.K. is the worst fast food in the area. First of all they finished a Multi million dollar renovation a few months ago. Prior to that they refused to open the restaurant for dine in. Even though EVERY OTHER FAST FOOD IN THE AREA ALLOWS PEOPLE TO DINE IN OR AT LEAST GO INSIDE TO ORDER. After the renovation was done they still keep the dining area closed for dine in OR inside ordering. The drive thru is horribly long. It takes a minimum of 30 minutes to get your order with only 4 cars in line. Most of the time it takes even longer. As much as I hate going here my wife wants a B.K. Whopper sometimes. I've got to the point to where I will drive 5 miles away to another buger king and get my order and be home in less than 20 minutes. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO GO THIS PATHETIC RESTARAUNT. Also I should say the few times I have gone there they are out of what I came for. If you complain they get upset and yell and tell me to complain to headquarters. This place is extremely bad for business.

Service was fine, I ordered ghost pepper chicken nuggets and they were SO soggy that it had the consistency of raw meat. Inedible. Absolutely disgusting.

Part of my burger didn't make it to the bun. Gave it 2 stars because it still tasted fine. Partial credit for partial burger.
