Yes, but if you plan to make your own ice cream I recommend scheduling ahead of time
If you go in the morning should be fine, no problem. We got there about 2 or 3 in the afternoon and still had no issues but I can see on busy days that it may be best to order online.

You can, for we recently toured and order for 15 people as well as scheduled a lab later that afternoon that allowed us to make our flavored ice cream using Turkey Hill's flavors and additions.
If you just do the 1 scoop $10 tour show up but if you do the taste labs order ahead. Camps and groups were there. I came at 11 am and could only get the 2 scoop at 3pm
