The room was very good, large and clean. The bed was comfortable. The toiletries were high quality. Everything in my room worked. I appreciated the housekeeping too. Breakfast was also good and plentiful. I wished they had bread and bacon though I was HUGELY disappointed at the pool area being closed my whole stay, despite my calling the front desk the day before to confirm it would be open. During my stay, I was repeatedly told it would open either later that day or the next morning, only for the pool area to continue to be closed. The pool was a factor (price and location too) for me to book the hotel. To say I was annoyed is an understatement. UPDATE: Management apologized and resolved this issue to my satisfaction. I appreciate what they did Finally, my room was clean, but a lot of the common areas smelled mildewy. Also the first floor ice machine was broken (the second floor's worked). Both the lone washer and dryer were broken. Thank goodness I wasn't planning on washing clothes.

Positive: Liked the size of room, bed and there seemed to be some upgrades. Stayed here before and had a noisy air conditioner. This time, everything was up to date to include microwave, air conditioner. Room was very clean, great breakfast and staff was nice.

Decent hotel stay. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast had some hot foods and was good. The pool was great and my two year old loved it. The pool is open until 10pm which was great for us since we arrived a little later than expected. Would stay here again.

Disappointed in this hotel. Room was dirty. The air vents in the wall unit were so dirty they couldn't be removed to be cleaned. The inside security lock on the door was broken. There was a large stain on the couch. I have stayed at other Choice hotels that were much less expensive and am disappointed with the overall stay.
