This place was absolutely beautiful! The trail itself is great for beginners. There is a slight incline at the beginning but after that it's a fairly easy trail. It wasn't too crowded either. I really enjoyed my time here. I will most definitely be visiting again soon.

This is a popular Overlook on Chickies Rock the trail from the parking lot on Rt. 441 is well kept and we'll worth the 3/4mile hike to the overlook

I had a wonderful hike at Chickies Rock. The trails are rugged and beautiful. The Overlook is breathtaking. Chickies Rock is definitely place you will want to put on your bucket list.

They tore a lot down to build the trail but there's still the old house to the key of the one parking area about a quarter of a mile down right before the entrance to the trail
Yes you can fish the susquehanna but it's not recommended you eat too much of the fish. Very polluted.
The Breezy View overlook off 441 has a gazebo. The pavilion that used to be there was removed. I don't think any grills remain.
Yes you can, dont let the "local guides" say otherwise, I'm an actual local. You may camp by the river and have a fire for cooking.
