Camping isn't allowed at Cama Beach, but it is at Camano Island State Park. There is a daily fee at Camano and the last time we were there it was still a no reservation camp site.
The cabins are not free and vary in price. Vehicles are parked in the lots up top and a shuttle is provided to the beach and cabins - vehicles are NOT allowed.
