If I have donated and started donating at the Kent location I am able to donate at the federal way location since I am closer right? Just want to make sure before I made the trip.

Yes, you can...they will just transfer you to the other center...I went to Kent temporarily while I was working there and transferred back to Federal Way...no issues...
