They're a good food bank. Good nourishment 6 out of 7 days of the week. It's a blessing.
Our usual food bank days are Tuesday - Saturday though we are closed this week for maintenance. We will be open again on Tuesday, July 16th at 11:30.
It all depends on how many people you have in your family you get as much depending on how many people you have and it all depends on what they have that day no specific things except for they usually always have beans rice and oatmeal and lentils
