What are your requirements to receive your service and how often do I provide the requirements?

Thanks Heather. You only need to provide your address and age of household members once. We will give you a client number, and then ask once a year for you to update/confirm.

I've gone there quite a bit, you bring your ID, and I think you need to know the birth dates for yourself others in your home and a piece of mail with your name and address on it. I can't remember if there was more other than bringing your own bags.

Just the first time. ID for each person over 18 you will be providing for. Then you just show your license with the sticker they put on it and your ready to go. You must show your license with that sticker each time you come.
