You charged me 37.55 for an order in which you could not fulfill because your girl wasn't working. I,v been waiting for you to put the money back in my account. It's been 8 days and you didn't refund the money. The question is how long does it take

Go back to the store.. it defeats the purpose however I would still go back and don't order from them again if they don't abide by contractual promises then they're going to lose business and that's the consequence.

I have never had it take that long. Wow. I would go sit in the store until they give me the receipt and each day till it shows up in the account. Was there a weekend involved? Because those aren't business days.
