I am going to take my mom's car in for testing. I know I don't need anything for testing, but what do I need to bring to get a new sticker? It is registered in her name.

All you need is the renewal registration form and they take it from there

Your mom's car is about all you need. They'll record the license plate number at the test site. If I receive a notice that the car needs testing i bring that too - but i don't think they have ever asked to see it
