My son got his ears pierced a couple months ago and he passed out and hit his face on the metal on the chair. It was the scariest day of my life! The paramedics came and he woke up after what I thought was hours. All those girls cared about was my money. They kept saying don’t forget you didn’t pay. What?!?! I didn’t forget but my son was laying their not moving!!!!! I didn’t even get a call to see how he was!!!!! I called customer service and they said they would tell the general manager and guess what?!?! Still nothing. My son has a scar under his eye from his experience and all they cared about was money!!!!!!!

Poor customer service - on 6/24, Store Mgr. Jen told me that the register was unable to process my return. What kind of business can ring up purchases but is unable to process a return.

Jenny was nice real nice when I told her I forgot to bring my ID to get my ears pierce. I came back and she took care of me.
