Food is good but the service is lacking....very slow....maybe unstaffed but this was a mobile order and should have been ready but u just have to be patient.

Horrible service - she was too concerned about the guy who parked right outside the door blocking the drive-through lane talking to the other staff then taking & packaging my order CORRECTLY. Small drink instead of a large drink and forgot 10 piece chicken, which I had to go back for. Attempted to call immediately as I unpacked the $50 order and phone was busy for 14 minutes before I left to retrieve missing food. We all had severe stomach pains after eating their food. Do better people.

So I went to Wendy’s today and the lady at the window was very rude I paid for my food and I asked for a receipt she say we don’t have any I say what do you mean the machine broke she slam the window and go get another lady while giving me my food I stated to check to see if all my food was there and it was not so I sat there and wait the come back she say with a lot of rudeness what can I get U I say the rest of my food also there was no soda at all only some very nasty lemonade very water down I can’t eat spicy food and what happens when I get all the way back to work all spicy smh I will never eat there again

Ordered two 4 for 4's the nuggets were old and the sandwich was sloppy and the fries were old and cold. I come here often so I was surprised the food was like this normally is fresh and hot. Hopefully it's better next time or I'll have to say goodbye.
