Poor customer service. Had a coupon and told the lady when I pulled up to the drive thru window, she smirked and rung up my order before i presented her with the coupon. Then told me she was a manager and would honor the coupon . 😳. It’s not the money it’s the principle!! I will be contacting the corporate office tomorrow. Our community spend too much money here to be treated unfairly

If I can give them 0 stars I would worst experience ever I did an online order through their app and they said their system was down so instead of helping me out the guy working there just started yelling at me in front of my kids telling me they weren’t giving me my food or money back I even showed them the confirmation and they still were just yelling at me

OMG!! LOOKS EMPTY AND CLOSED DOWN BUT THERES A NEW MANGER!! SHES FREAKIN AWESOME AND SO HELPFUL MONEY SAVING AND SUPER JOYFUL. FRESH FOOD EVERY TIME.! WORTH THE MONEY!

Slow drive thru service . I pull up and no one says anything till i say something. Took forever for my order to be received. Took over 20 mins to not recieve a number 10 . Really ! This is suppose be fast food. Employee working very slow while being rude! Corporate i hope you are reading!!!After waiting for so long i asked for a refund and the young lady took my receipt and didnt even process it . I was in a rush and left without food or money back . There was 4 other people were waitint . The young lady even droped a bag of food and nuggets fell out . She replaced the nuggets but it is still nasty that she left the rest of the food there and didnt replace the bag . IM DONE WITH BK NEVER GOING AGAIN. So called manager was there and she didnt do or say anything . We asked when will the food be ready ans young lady said when its out . The most rude way to say it
