Yes, Louis Joliet mall has a Children's Place ...it's next to Justice. Old Navy is across the street in a strip mall near Target. When my kids used to wear uniforms we loved FrenchToast.com ...great quality at great prices. 😁

Louis Joliet Mall does not have an Old Navy within the mall. There is an Old Navy across Route 30. I am not certain about The Children's Place. But you might want to check JCPenney. They generally have a good selection this time of year for school uniforms for children.
