They are trying to create a more family friendly environment. A few years back there were some major issues with unsupervised youth fighting ...as I recall.
It's a safety thing. Teens in large groups make poor decisions
As of a teen myself I make bad decisions but that don’t mean I wasn’t raised right. No adults know the kind of thoughts that go threw a teens head to make them that way. So I do say I was raised right but my thoughts just get the best of me and the police could agree
Because of the fights.
They dont want them to cause trouble
Anyone age 17 or younger has to be escorted by an adult, parent or legal guardian age 21 or older on Fridays and Saturdays between 5 p.m. and close. One adult may accompany up to six youths at a time.
