This is a nice restaurant, but Bellingham is a pretty casual place. Dress up if it pleases you or your dining companions, but don't expect anyone else to follow suit.
It's like the majority of Bellingham restaurants in the area of dress. Casual and friendly.
Not at all. I wore jeans and a ball cap. I advise making reservations, especially if you'd prefer a windowside table.
