Anything on their menu is a treat!
There isn't much in south sound for Taiwanese food. I go to my moms :) but if you feel like driving. Henry's Taiwan and Hardwok cafe near seattle internaltional district. Facing east in bellevue is also good bit a bit more pricy
Tacoma Szechuan is predominantly Szechuan (duh) and American-Chinese menu standards. They changed their menu in the last year and narrowed it significantly. It's still delicious but not as 'challenging'. As far as Taiwanese, Facing East in Bellevue and Henry's in Seattle. Din Tai Fung is a popular place for dumplings and worth a visit.
