I don't shop here that often. I usually don't have much luck finding what I need and or want. Decided to stop in today and check out their sales. Found some good buys. Store was clean, employees were friendly. All in all not a bad trip. 8-6-2022

CUSTOMERS BEWARE someone in Micaels is selling your data. Someone named Tymora had access to my shoppers rewards and forwarded all receipts to their email instead of mine by default. This is so they can collect the products you buy so they can "return them" for money. I only caught this because I pay attention to detail and the card terminal. I had to call customer service to get the criminal off my rewards card then I had to go in store and have the store manager do somw crazy stuff to get my receipt. BE WARNED!

Love coming in here. Always find new fun things and their prices are reasonable. Going to be grabbing some wedding decorations next time I visit.

After getting home from picking up my online order, I noticed there were some items missing from my order. I tired calling the store, but their phone lines had been down the past few days. This morning I went to explain to them what happened. I was a bit worried that maybe they wouldn't believe me that I was missing two shirts. But the guy who helped me was extremely helpful. I showed him the receipts and order confirmations I had and he walked to the back and grabbed my shirts. He wasn't rude and he didn't make me feel like I was bothering him. His customer service was excellent. I wish I had gotten his name.
