LeMay's customer service team is so friendly and professional! My husband and I are new to the area (and new to renting a house and contending with utilities, at that!), and LeMay's staff have been nothing but patient and understanding anytime I've called with questions. Not to mention, the collection service is always prompt and consistent (you can almost set your watch to it!). I'm really impressed to see something as simple as a utility company full of people who go above and beyond with their service. So happy to be giving them our business. :)

When I called to sign up Hannah was incredibly helpful and kind. Their prices seem reasonable to me and I'm glad they pick up trash weekly rather than just biweekly like the Tacoma trash service did. Hopefully all goes well .

I just want people to know LeMay customer service was awesome when I called for help. My elderly mom lives in a remote area alone and has a hard time walking let alone trying to pull a garbage bin to the street. LeMay has a rule for insurance purposes they cannot back onto her or anyone's property. So they have been getting out walking down the driveway to pull the container themselves out and then return it for her. Thank you!

One on the worst trash services I have had to date. Our can got stolen and while waiting for them to drop off the new one we collected extra trash which they charged us for. Customer service is a joke at best. Every time trash is collected it is spilled across the yard.
