I have been using this Gym for over 4 years! Equipment and facility is in great shape and repairs are made promptly. It is clean, well stocked, friendly and safe.

I really wanted to like this gym, but unfortunately, I was incredibly turned off by their sales-y attitudes. I went in to signup for a membership and the worker told me she was going to give me a tour of the facility so she could figure out which membership would work best for me. I told her I was only interested in the most basic membership they had as I was not going to be partaking in any of the extras, like classes. After signing up, they told me it was now time to make an appointment for a "kick off" to speak with one of their staff about my goals. I asked what exactly this appointment entailed and they said it was a free appointment where I would talk with an employee about where I was and where I wanted to be, they kept using the word "free." When I arrived at said appointment several weeks later, I came to find out that it was actually a shill for personal training. I understand that the employees would like to make extra money on sales and commissions, but it's so dishonest to not tell people who have no money for extras like personal training what that appointment was for. It was not only a huge waste of my time, but it was also a huge waste of the personal trainer's time who had to show up for someone who was not interested in personal training whatsoever. So disrespectful to both parties.

While I have only been a member of this gym for three weeks, I am extremely satisfied with the staff and equipment. When I recently decided to seek out a fitness facility off post (JBLM), the staff was extremely helpful with activating my account. Moreover, with such a small facility to offer, many of the attendees seem to be expedient with equipment use. For all of these reasons, not to mention the unbeatable price, I strongly recommend this facility!

Wish they have the actual cycling equipment, a sauna, and longer hours over the weekends, could also have more equipments for the studio, such as the balance boards, and bigger sizes balance balls. Overall, it's a decent gym for $29 monthly for a year contract.

Only if you have the $29 membership each month.
I don't think they do. But if you have USAA or some health insurance you can get active & fit. It's around $30 / month and you'll be able to get any gym membership that participates in the program. Crunch being one of them.
It depends what kind of membership you get. I have the base membership, which means that you will only have to pay $10 a month.
I saw a small play area for kids close to the front windows. From what I understand is there is a personal trainer depending on what lvl of membership you have from what my wife says. You make a appointment with them for a hr
Hi, yes according to the Phase 2 guidelines, everyone has to wear a mask at all times while they're in the club.
Call them and cancel it
You can bring a guest anytime you want and minimum age for membership is 17 with parents sponsor
The classes are free. Training is not unless you upgrade your membership. Check out their website fora list of classes and times. Most are day and afternoon classes.
Should be open. Not sure
No

Yes
No
12-15yo must be accompanied by an adult while the in facility, 16yo and up can gave their own memberships.
Depends on your membership level. Base is 9.95, next level is 19.95, highest is 29.95 per month.
For $20 a month you are entitled to use of everything as well as the hydro massage and classes. For $30 a month you are allowed to bring somebody as a guest with you every time plus all other services and for $10 you get use of all the equipment but no classes or hydro massage. I was told today that for the initial sign up for the $29 level it will cost about $55 to sign up and that is with a year contract. Then it will be $20 a month
Yes!
