This monopoly on cabs by yellow is the worst service I've ever seen. If you really want a cab to come get you tell dispatch your destination is SeaTac. Cause they'll never get you unless you lie. When cab arrives then tell driver where you want to go. No more problems getting picked up doing this.

This cab service is terrible. Called and scheduled 3 different picks. All 3 times they were at least 45 minutes late. I would never recommend them

I was a cab driver and dispatcher for 15 years in Spokane so I know things can get busy, but we never flat out would not take call and put on list. They refused to add me to their list saying they were three hours behind

I called at 1:50pm for a ride home and they said it would take 30 minutes to get to me. I understood because of the snow and they were “super busy”. After an hour I called back making sure someone was actually coming to me and didn’t forget about me. Got yelled at for being impatient and tom that I just need to wait, they’ll call me when they get there. They never came. Never called me that they had arrived. I tried calling them back and my calls wouldn’t go through. So this terrible taxi company left me stranded with no ride (trust me I tried Uber waaaay before trying this company) in the snow and 20° weather. I’d you need to get somewhere reliably and on time, don’t call this company. Call every other taxi service first, then the bus. Just never this company. Terrible service and absolutely disrespectful in the way they communicate with potential customers.

Great question. We are very popular new we offer flat rates comparable to ride shares. I suggest you call an hour before you need to be picked up and request a certain time for a pick up. This will allow dispatch the option of preparing early.
Unfortunately this was my first in this type of situation, so no I can't provide any of the info, never crossed my mind. So I'm going to take my risk and hope the dispatcher is right when she mentioned the bank will cancel the transaction, and reinburst me since I paid the driver in cash afterwards, sounds scandalous...
Well you did try and get a taxi when the concert at the Tacoma dome was letting out. Everyone had to wait not just you. Brandishing a firearm in public is illegal. Why didn't you have him arrested? If he was fighting your friend, why wasn't the police called? Why was there no call to the manager of ace taxi?
They have outsourced most incoming calls to a call center. That's why half of the people you talk to speak broken english
