I have lived for 24yrs now . Its pretty bad when the City of Lakewood has to come in an do the managements job by inspecting the trailer court space by space taking pic an videos of each one then sending letters to over half of the lots telling them what they have to do with in 10days or be fined.. Its f**'d up that the City had to come in an tell the "Children to clean their ROOMS! " an try to make the Management/Owners do the things they should already be doing!! Like fixing all of the potholes just for starters

This Place sucks! owners care about nothing. Well except for the money. lived Thier for 12 years but the new owners made it horrible. also good luck getting anyone to actually be in office when u need something. do urself a favor buy somewhere else!!
