If you haven't done so already, please ask local staff at the Bellevue Library about the current status of the WiFi network. No password is needed to connect. They have free WiFi at the library. Try opening a browser window after you connect to the WiFi. It will take you to a screen where you can accept the terms and conditions of using their WiFi if necessary
It's working, no log in password needed.
