Ya well they do and they don't and they can't hold an item for more than 24hrs. I'm like ugh.
I think it depends on the staff, as I have had good and bad experiences. They strip the CS staff to help check customers out, thus no one to answer the phone.
That store is chronic bad customer service . Went to women's lingerie department I had to ask for associate to show me where the item was I was interested in She acted like I had inconvenienced her Probely don't have person in office
They are EXTREMELY slow and under staffed, it seems like
