Can someone explain to me why it is when you ask a Walmart employee in the garden area for information, they don't know where things, the cost, what is best for ??? and act as if ti self severe or they have no knowledge. Not friendly eigther.

Well let me tell you I'm pretty sure the fact of that is that they have no idea what or where things are with the price of them are in that section because they're not familiar with it or trained for it I've had that same problem and that's exactly the answer I got was that they have no idea what they're doing in those department so until they are trained in those departments for a while they won't know anything about it. And that's just the way it goes with Walmart.

The lowered standards of education is primarily to blame.

The reason why nobody knows anything or wear anything is is because they hire people right off the street that doesn't know things are about items they just are there to put stuff away and to stock the shelves and stuff like that

I know of 2 Walmarts in local area has done away with department managers They circulate amongst departments and sometimes have no idea what they are Selling

I used to work at Walmart and it's because they don't leave you in that area or any area to get to know it. Some people don't pay attention to a lot of stuff or they can't remember.

You get what you pay for. You want informed garden advice, go to a nursery. You want discounted garden, bring Google with you. They can only keep it cheap by keeping it cheap.

It's prepaid because they don't ever assign anyone to work out there consistently. It's more of an overflow work area
